My professional experience and academic education are reflected in my consulting focus.
Since 2018, when the EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937) was introduced, I have been working intensively on the topic of whistleblowing and implemented the activities of the directive in an international group for several years. With the introduction of the Austrian version of the EU Directive 2023, the Whistleblower Protection Act (HSchG), I founded the management consultancy LMa² Consulting and have been supporting companies with the implementation of the HSchG ever since.
To keep my finger on the pulse of the times, other relevant topics have been added to my portfolio in addition to the HSchG.
Whistleblowing consultancy
A speak-up culture and an effective whistleblowing system are needed to identify and manage risks at an early stage.
