Intercultural competence as a key to success.

In a globalized world, intercultural competence is key to success. We are all familiar with situations in which “the others” are not punctual, have different working styles or communicate differently. This can be frustrating and prevent success. But it doesn't have to be like that.

I can support you and your company if you work internationally, lead multicultural teams or are part of a multicultural team. My workshops and training courses on intercultural cooperation help you to understand and effectively manage cultural differences. With my support, you can strengthen your international communication and cooperation in order to avoid misunderstandings, identify red flags in good time and use synergies.

Do you have branches outside of Austria and want to allocate employees?

The allocation of employees is a major (career) step for you and your employees and brings a number of challenges. That's why I support expatriates before and during the allocation, especially with regard to cultural differences.

What happens when the stay abroad comes to an end?

This process must be planned in a timely manner, and I am also available to advise you in this case.

Successful intercultural collaboration in the company

"Intercultural competence can be trained."

6 countries, 3 continents

I have lived in six countries on three continents, led a virtual meeting in a multicultural team almost ten years ago and worked in multicultural teams since then.

Thanks to my international experience and professional training, I know from my own experience that diverse teams have enormous potential for success, but unfortunately also have a lot of potential for conflict if certain points are not taken into account. Through my stays abroad, I gained a lot of experience of what should be considered when sending employees abroad. I pass on this best practice to companies and managers.

Client reviews

Thanks to Lisa's advice, I understood why some colleagues were behaving the way they did, when being on site and I was able to adapt my communication style to achieve successful collaboration. It was very helpful to have someone virtually at my side with whom I could talk about difficult situations and who also had solutions at hand. Highly recommended!
